By using HomePass you agree to these terms. HomePass is a record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for a licensed home inspector, real estate agent, attorney, or insurance carrier.
Accuracy of records
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you upload or generate. AI-extracted information (dates, vendors, categories) is a best-effort suggestion and should always be reviewed before being shared, included in a disclosure, or relied on for a real estate transaction.
Not legal, real-estate, or financial advice
Home History Reports generated by HomePass are informational. They do not constitute a seller's disclosure, an inspection report, an appraisal, or a warranty of any kind. Always consult qualified professionals for transactions, disputes, or insurance claims.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you don't have the right to share, not to attempt to access another user's records, and not to use HomePass to misrepresent a property's condition or history.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account settings — your plan remains active through the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion permanently removes your properties and records.
Liability
HomePass is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
